Dr. Kaci Deauquier Sheridan is a passionate educator, researcher, and advocate for mental and behavioral health. She has served students and educators for over 15 years at the elementary and secondary levels and now as an adjunct professor. She has worked as a special education classroom teacher, behavioral therapist, clinical supervisor, national trainer, and district level administrator. She has a proven track record for inspiring educators, helping to transform campus cultures, and improving student success.

Mary Ann Lepley is a dedicated educator, advocate, and leader with extensive experience in early childhood and special education. She has served students, families, and schools in a wide range of roles, including self-contained special education teacher, preschool director, and PTO executive board member. With a strong foundation in inclusive teaching practices, differentiated instruction, and social-emotional support, she is known for her ability to foster connection, inspire student growth, and collaborate with families and school communities.
