Our program aims to offer support to those who need it, whether it be for academic or workplace purposes. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to develop the necessary skills for success, and we are here to help you achieve that.

​Sessions can occur virtually or in person.

Ages Served - 7 - adult

Areas of Expertise: ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, Social Skills, Goal Setting, College/Career Coaching, Emotional Dysregulation, Organization, & Planning

  • Initial meeting:

    • Honest fruitful discussion to identify the targeted challenges and craft a personalized goal plan.

  • Second meeting:

    • Embark on an exciting journey as we introduce a powerful strategy tailored to address your specific needs.

  • Third meeting:

    • Assess the impact of the strategy & provide invaluable insights for success. .

    • If needed, we'll explore new approaches or make adjustments together.

    • Parents (if applicable) will be brought in at this stage

  • Fourth meeting:

    • Celebrate progress and growth as we evaluate the strategy's impact.

    • Together, we'll determine if further meetings are necessary to maximize your achievements.
